• What is the LIVELY affiliate program?+

  Create and share content wearing your favorite LIVELY styles and earn 10% commission!* Most importantly, this is an opportunity to tell your story. How did going wirefree change your POV on bras? What about the strapless that stayed put the WHOLE wedding? It's not just about what you wear; it's how you wear it. And we want to hear all the details!

  Will this be open to US and International content creators? Yes, but please note, only those based in the U.S. and Canada can purchase LIVELY at this time, so you will want to ensure the majority of your audience is based in either of those locations in order to earn commission on sales driven from your content.

• How is my commission paid out?+

  Shopify offers several ways of receiving payouts, including PayPal, Bank Account, and Wire Transfer. Access to specific payout methods depends on your country or region and the currency that you want the payout converted to. Before you can add a new payout method, you will need to create a Hyperwallet account in the Partner Dashboard.

  Is commission paid out on the same day each month? Commission will be paid out after the return window on a given order has closed, which could be between 45-70 days after a purchase is made.

  What happens if someone returns their order? Commission is only paid for orders that are not returned/refunded. Commission only includes the cost of the product, and does not include cost of shipping, taxes, returns or any other charges.

• I’m an existing Brand Ambassador, will I automatically be added to the program?+

  To become a member of LIVELY Affiliates, apply HERE - that goes for former Ambassadors, too! You will not be automatically added to the new program and will need to reapply.

• What happens to my existing redemptions? +

  We will be phasing out the old LIVELY Ambassador program and any associated redemptions.

• What does my unique code/link offer my followers?+

  They'll get 10% off when they shop via your link or code!
