I'm #livingLively by being a present parent (I've got two teenagers who I'm so proud of), building my business carefully (always checking in with my gut on how and when to grow), and navigating the waters of technology mindfully (I couldn't do what I love without it, but I try to steer clear of too much screen time or the aspects of social media that make me feel lousy about myself!).
